About but not quite back

After spending the past couple of years looking after my daughter I've managed to find time to pick up drawing again so excuse the lack of avatars posted and the random doodles, just trying to get back into the swing of it xD

Also getting used to the new look of dA amongst other things. Feel old, damn you confangled new shiny boxes :C

People who steal other's hard work should be shot.

And those that's claim they didn't know they weren't for use offsite. TRY READING, it's NOT hard. You're on the internet for fuck's sake, you must have some ability at it. Or at least ASK?  Surely common sense is something everyone's born with?

Or is it common courtesy now to take without asking and I just missed the memo? I bloody hope not.

So far I've had to send a DCMA Notice to two websites for multiple images of mine :stare:


For clarities sake, it's OKAY if you're using them on DEVIANTART.

It's NOT okay to use OFFSITE without PERMISSION.





*Le sigh*




Now on to other stuff...




General Update

Been a busy couple of months hence the little activity. But I won't get too into that.

Spent last week house sitting and looking after a very lovely kitty called Lucy which was great, kinda like a mini holiday in a strange way :giggle:

She came with a laser pen which she adores. She'll come running over, paw at you and cry when she hears you pick it up (it jingles). So I had much fun watching her chase the little red dot everywhere...

So it's rapidly coming up to Christmas and a brand new Year. I bet, like me, you aren't even ready for Christmas, much less thinking about New Year! :lol:


It's been an interesting year to say the least. I've had plenty a hard-time, which I've gotten though, and now my life is looking up. Things are more stable, I feel more confident and I'm starting to properly getting back into my art again, I've even a new love in my life. ((Love you :heart:))

I've never really fond of Christmas but in a strange way I'm sort of looking forward to this one.  I can actually see family, and afford to spend some money.


Then there's New Year. The dreaded 2012.. dun dun dun...

lol NO!

People have been saying things like that since the beginning of civilisation and we're still here!




I've been thinking of resolutions actually. I rarely make them and it's even rarer for me to actually stick to them. Next years resolution though?

DO MORE ART.

I didn't come up with myself, it's actually friends have been telling me to do more. And I agree. :giggle: Perhaps I'll stick to this one, we'll just have to wait and see what the New Year brings.


I'm only going to be uploading one more thing before Christmas then nothing more 'til after New Years. I'll still be about however, just keeping back whatever I work on.
